It is time for the Theodore High School Alumni Association (TRHSAA) Selection for Board of Director! The Association needs you!  Nominations are being accepted for the Theodore Roosevelt Alumni Association Board from now until December 1, 2024

Nominations for the following positions on the Alumni Association Board are needed:
 




 

 

 

 

 

 



President
Vice-President
Treasurer
Parliamentarian
Secretary
 

In order to be considered for any Board position, you must be a paid member of the Alumni Association for the current year, 2024. 
 

How can you nominate yourself or someone else:

Email your nomination, once you have confirmed that the person you are nominating.

Is in agreement, to the Association Board at trhsaadcelections@gmail.com by December 1 at 11:00pm.

You can also nominate yourself.


The names of the candidates and the office to which they have been nominated will be posted on the TRHS Alumni Association website, Rough Riders for Life FB page, and e-mailed to all paid members within 72 hours, after the December 1, 2024 closing date.

Elections: The December election date will be announced prior to December 1, 2024.


All candidates must be prepared to present a two-minute speech regarding their

qualifications for the office they are pursuing, even if they run unopposed. If a nominee is unopposed, that nominee should be awarded the position without the need for a vote.


How can you vote:  Voters are all alumni members of TRHS who have paid dues for 2024 and must be present to vote.

There will be no proxy votes accepted.  Reminder: There will be no nominations taken from the floor and nominees must be present at the election.
 

Your time and volunteer spirit are needed!  These are all volunteer positions, and we appreciate all of those who have served in the past and applaud all who volunteer in the future  Please give of your time, if you can
